Hi Bill,
I collect I. missouriensis and am currently
working with it for hybrids. I love missouriensis as is, but I've heard that it
doesn't do as well in other gardens as it does here.
The attached image shows 2 color forms (they are
different if you look closely :-)) from the Columbia Basin in Washington state
along with a powder blue self from Colorado. Last season I found an alba among
the CO types but didn't get a good photo.
