Re: Siberian Iris Seedling

Jim I would love to see your missouriensis cross. One of the sad things is that people often try an unsual cross, but are not impressed and stop there. When it comes to unusual hybrids, often the most exciting results come in the second or third generation.

I don't know if this is a no no as far as this group is concerned, but I
thought some of you probably grow siberian iris hybrids so could give me
your opinion of this seedling which bloomed for the first time last
year.  I am looking forward to seeing it this year.
Oh, I believe I have a hybrid of the I missouriensis and a siberian
iris. If anyone is interested I could look up the photo.
