I can find no reference to any iris with this spelling.
If it is mispelled there are two possibilities:
1. 'Cengialti' an IB 12" to 18" described in 1854 by
Francesco Ambrosi as a medium blue self (an I.pallida); Foster also noted
that it had yellow green leaves. Dykes distinguished 'Cengialti from other
Pallida clones with the color of the papery bracts, brown in 'Cengialti' and
silver in I.pallida.
2. 'Chalkadiki' described by Clive Innes in The
World of Iridaceae (also known as I. chacidice) said to originate in
Greece; about 10" with yellow, purple or varigated flowers. It is
suggested that it is synonymous with I. macedonica.
