Re: Iris celikii

I can find no reference to any iris with this spelling.  If it is mispelled there are two possibilities:

1. 'Cengialti' an IB 12" to 18" described in 1854 by Francesco Ambrosi as a medium blue self  (an I.pallida); Foster also noted that it had yellow green leaves.  Dykes distinguished 'Cengialti from other Pallida clones with the color of the papery bracts, brown in 'Cengialti' and silver in I.pallida.

2.  'Chalkadiki' described by Clive Innes in The World of Iridaceae (also known as I. chacidice) said to originate in Greece; about 10" with yellow, purple or varigated flowers.  It is suggested that it is synonymous with I. macedonica.

Sorry that is the best I can offer with what you have presented.  I will pass this on to others who may have some other idea for you.
