Hi Jim, It is really a beauty! Med venlig hilsen / Kind
regards Lars Høpfner Langengen 38, Svogerslev 4000 Roskilde Denmark Fra: Yesterday
afternoon warmed up a bit and I was surprised by this flower. I had no idea it
was close. The garden is still in recovery from the week of deep freeze we had
about a year ago. So far only one established juno has flower buds. We planted
a new acuheri last fall and it's in full bloom. The cool weather (few days
above 60ºF) has really intensified the color of tigridia. I used the 'vivid'
setting on the camera and got close to the actual color of the flower. We made
some divisions of this plant but last years spring freeze, summer drought and a
wet winter claimed most of them.
