Sounds lovely there, Anner.
Still no sign of my cristata that was doing so well
last year, with 7 increases. None of my ferns nor "regular" garden peonies
have appeared as yet, but 2 itoh peonies are up way too early, as is my fernleaf
peony, new last year. The species crocus are finished already, because of
2 early morning frosts, but the giant crocus, scilla and pushkinia are blooming
their heads off. My daffodils are just starting to poke through, plus
various tulips that the rabbits have already liberally chewed. Well,
better them than any more of my iris!
With the nice weather, and a bit of rain, many iris
are suddenly shooting up. Some of the MDB's even look like they're setting
buds. yesssss
