If she has not already tried, she might consider selling it to one of the professional purveyors of antiquarian garden books, notably Elisabeth Wooburn or Raymond Sutton, or even one of the UK specialists, before listing it on ebay.

Hi Dave,
Here are some pictures, all the plates are intact with their cover tissue and I donât see any foxing, binding is tight, there is gold on the top of the page edges but nothing on the side or bottom pages.
