You are right, it looks a lot like sanguinea 'Kobana'.  The flower parts seem much to wide and 'tight clump' does not sound like a prismatica.

Anybody grown this plant? I'm hesitant as it looks more like Iris sanguinea or a hybrid to me. Despite being wild-collected from Georgia (which doesn't necessarily mean it's native), the flower just doesn't look right and the stems don't seem wiry enough. It's also described as being a tight clumper. Any ideas?
