          Greg, I located a copy of this too if you want it.  I don't save these bulletins reliably, but I happened to have this one lying around.  Dave,the article is as you say, but there is a color photo on p. 57 lableled Sakai No Ogon--a typo?  The photo looks superficially like Chance Beauty.

There is no mention of t he variety SAKAI NO OGON. The only one close is the variety SAKAI NO KOGONE.
