Re: Seed sale

Pat.  Do you have a list of seeds sent so we  can get the final list together?
The New Zealand donations just arrived a few days ago.
We only have 150 kinds of seeds this year, so far.  I'm concerned that the number of donations has been dropping every year for the last few years.  The Jims that ran the SIGNA seed sale were concerned before I took over.  Part of the problem might be that fewer houses today have room for big gardens.  Another is that the percent of people who join ! organizations like this is down all over.  Is this true in Australia?

It's that time of year again.  41 seed lots have already arrived.  That is already 20% as many types as in 2014.  A good start.  But we want more.
The seed sale is a major fundraiser for SIGNA, and a significant source of seeds of iris and iris relatives.
While I realize that some species, in some parts of the world, haven't ripened their seeds yet, seed harvest is over for many of us.  I hope that everyone will send their seed contributions as soon as possible.  That lets us do a better job getting the sale together and to the newsletter editor sooner.
Those not in the USA please email me and I'll send you all necessary paperwork including shipping labels, for sending seeds to the USA.  I can either mail it to you, or email it to you, if you have access to a color printer.  The shipping label must be printed in color.
