I also have yellow blue eyed grass in Northern Virginia. I've had it about 9 months(?) and it has doubled. It is taking it's knocks now as it has been covered with snow and ice for about 2 weeks. Mine is not named. It is kind of grayish green and peaked from weather.

Bye the bye, I took the Herbertia, watsonia, alophia and dierama to a friends greenhouse and they are now germinating. All other Signa seed are in pots. Took the last groups from the toilet tank and sowed the seed. Looks good.
