Way cool website (as my granddaughter would say), Diane! This will provide some wonderful times looking at all the different photos.  I had no idea there was so much diversity in retics.

comes with the bulbs when they are bought, so I decided to stop

I got a couple of buds last year but so slug-munched I couldn't see
what the flowers looked like.

I haven't noticed any flowers yet this year, so just went out to
check.  Surely they should be flowering, since hyacinths and
daffodils are in bloom.  There are no retic flowers, and most have
only one leaf, and not a very robust one at that.  Somehow I am not
providing what they need.  They certainly do well for Alan in Ontario.

I hope my seedlings will do better, as they should self-select for my
conditions.
