Greetings Magdelena,
I am forwarding this letter to the iris-species mailing list (online discussion group) and also the Siberian mailing list called the Sibrob so you would get more information sent to you. There are several excellent books but I hate to recommend any....hopefully the iris-species list will do that.
The three iris species you mentioned are widely grown in the United States...I would guess Iris graminea is not as widely grown as the other two. although it is easy to grow and very fertile.
