I have to say that I would think that $25 is not a lot for such an unusual/unique iris.

bizarrely huge crests! I really want one but at $25 I will probable 
procrastinate until they are sold out.

      I have studied thousands of cristata in the wild and have never seen 
a double or any flowers with enormous cresting. This is truly a 
wonderful addition to the species . Way cool!
