Re: Re: Archives complete

Anita,

Too much going on the re-inventory these. I did find a old list. I'll just have Dennis add a link on the seed exchange page.

Thanks!
Rod

Rod if you can send me a list of these available seeds I can high light these available seeds on the archives or highlight those which are sold out if you think that would be helpful

Hi All,

I have 3 pkts of 04M118 with about 8 seeds each. I think first come first serve on these. Email me off list <rbartontx@yahoo. com>. (I do hope you'd have some experience with spurias.) We'll keep track in hopes of offering seed from these. These older seeds are $0.50 plus $1 S&H. There are plenty of 04 seeds still available, so check the archive. You might make an order of it.

Dear Friends,
Enormous thanks to Dennis and Anita for scanning and posting these SIGNA Seed Exchange Archives. These are more than just historical artifacts, but fully searchable and useful tools as I just learned.

I recently posted a question about reblooming Spuria Iris and had no positive replies. I just searched the seed lists. In a matter of seconds (literally) I found that seeds of a reblooming spuria had been donated to the seed exchange as follows:

04M118 spuria ssp. halophila -- remontant MBL

This was in the 2004 list donated by Milan Blazek of the Czech Republic.

Did anyone grow this "SIGNA 04M118" clone? Rodney do you still have seed? They could well be viable yet.
Anyone have contact with Milan Blazek to see if he still grows this clone and has fresh seed ?

So the archives may prove practical and useful right from the start.

Again thanks and I urge you all to look around in the files at:

Best Jim W.
