Re: Junos etc

Superstition Iris Gardens, which Google, is working with some Junos these days. Whether they are propagating all they sell I could not tell you. Also, the Pacific Bulb Society will no doubt have useful information on the subject. AMW

Subject: [iris-species] Junos etc

My search on "Junos" show little activity in California ... for me, specifically the Greater Bay Area.  Am sowing I magnifica, bucharica, mandshurica (fridge for ? weeks necessary?)  Am not Iris specialist: mixed rh, rockgardens,
western things, etc. ... although grow most of the "standards": I crista, westerns, sintensii, misc. etc. All literature says dry rocky ... no summer water .... little winter water ... spring water ...   Any comments gratefully recieived!
