I would guess that it's not a good pesticide, since nettle tea is safe
for humans to drink. As a fertilizer, it's basically a dilute, liquid
compost, so I think you could ferment any leaves, not just nettle.
Some websites recommend nettle for iron deficiency, so maybe it would
work for that specific problem.
