You have good timing!  At the moment there are numerous organizations that
have seed exchanges in progress.  You can participate in any of them by
becoming a member.  Here are the ones that I know about:

NARGS (North American Rock Garden Society)
http://www.nargs.org/seed/exchange.html

SIGNA (Species Iris Group of North America)
http://www.signa.org/   or  http://64.37.80.180/signa/seed_exch.htm

ASI (Aril Society International)
http://www.arilsociety.org/arilsociety.pl?seedxchg

The ASI seed exchange is brand new this year.  All their seed is from aril
or arilbred irises.  The SIGNA exchange has irises of all sorts.  And NARGS
has some irises amongst hundreds of other types of flowers.

I'm sure there are other organizations with iris seed exchanges, but the
three listed above are probably the biggest ones.  Personally, SIGNA is my
favorite because they have such a huge variety.  NARGS is sometimes great
for getting unusual stuff.
