Thanks Rob and Ken. I have a few clumps of this one now although the clumps are not large.  If I remember I will try to pollinate them for seed this coming season. It reminds me somewhat of I. lactea.

Looks like a variant of Iris missouriensis. In the
past their have been at least 8 rather different
cultivars of Iris missouriensis collected from the
wild and registered with cultivar names. If it can be
propagated it might be nice to add it to the list. I
think most registered varieties have dissappeared.
