Re: nail clippers and germination


I recall the article by Tomas Tamberg in which he talked about how he 
starts all his seedlings in this way. I used this method on a bunch of 
mostly beardless irises, and stopped doing it because it was too fussy 
and not really necessary for most of them. And, because I couldn't find 
the attachment point on some. But maybe this would be a good way to 
germinate some of the chinensis seeds which have been in the exchange in 
the last few years, and which no one I know of has had much luck in 
germinating. (I have one odaesanensis seedling). I tried and failed to 
find the article--anyone else?
