Lapeirousia oregana


Blooming for the first time in Kansas City is Lapeirousia oregana  Unfortunately 
it was watered before the flowers were noticed. More buds to go, maybe I'll get a 
better shot. My camera insists it is blue but to my eye it is more of a royal purple.
