Good question! I would think true as well as consistent abnormalities such as "cartwheels" or 6 fall flowers. I'm interested in wild forms that have been observed as well as cultivars.

Rodney, do you mean true doubles, or just cultivars whose blossoms consistently show extra parts, probably standards ?

Hi all!

It's has been suggested that SIGNA do an article on double flowered irises, species in particular, of course. SO ... I'm picking your collective brains for a list of doubles and photos if you have them. Obviously there are too many double (and triple) JIs to mention, but a double, species form would make a nice photo. 'Same goes for LAs!
