I checked their website, and read the constitution. It appears there are several membership levels: a free one to read everything online, and two levels that receive varying amounts of printed materials by mail.

I can see nothing that states that a person wishing to buy seeds must be a paid member.

So I can buy some seeds.

Have I interpreted correctly?
