Joe,

Check with your service provider to make sure they are not
scooping up mailing lists' messages (like Yahoogroups) and
consigning them to the spam folder. You could also check to make
sure you have various mailing lists on your personal 'allow'
list. Bulk mail is handled differently by various ISP.

If everything is ok on your end, there are other ways to ensure
that you get all the mail.
