I don't have this info but Will Plotner <gardens@molalla.net> is
the Chairman. 

I think this is being talked about so early because of the
expected big attendance at the Portland convention. I am sure
that we will get the info re registration in a timely manner. I
think that even the AIS convention site doesn't have the
registration info up. At least it wasn't yesterday.

The hotel is the biggest problem with less than 400 rooms BUT
the back-up hotel is only 300 or so yards away.
