This one is definitely centralasian Iris usually named as Iris sogdiana, but it's relations with Iris halophila are uncertain.

These photos are from a lady in central Saskatchewan, Canada.  Her Mother gave her this iris last year; we're assuming she bought it at a garden nursery.  It's thriving and increasing well.
 
The overall plant is 3 ft tall, and the flower has no scent.
 
Could it possibly be I graminea var. pseudocyperus?
