And also, that comment about "blooming in an area of the garden due for some serious rehab" is pure genius!!! That's EXACTLY what my yard/garden is in need of. HGTV needs to make a new TV show called Garden Rehab, and give me an intervention... pronto!!!

All you have to do to introduce it is offer it for sale and make sure the Registrar gets a printed copy of it, whether it's online or in a catalog. That's it. :-)
