Surplus 2015 SIGNA seed.

Hi all,

We've finally gotten the leftover seed from this year's exchange added to the surplus seed list on the web site: http://signa.org/index.pl?SurplusSeeds. As usual, the price is down to $0.50 per packet, and I'll seed duplicates when available. Unfortunately the cost of postage for overseas orders has gone up, so we've had to increase what we charge to $13.

We are still looking for someone or some group to take ove! r the seed exchange. Let me know if you can help.
