That was some one else's suggestion.  After handling a draft for a while I
got to liking it.  I can send a file for anyone who would like to print it
as 8.5 by 11 (there will be a few minor formatting problems) or I can send
the raw data for use as a database.

I noticed that when I opened mine.  I'm afraid they all my be that way.
Easy enough to correct.  If it gets used often Dave's pocket approach my be
best.
