Iris uniflora

I obtained some wild-collected seeds of Iris unifora (a close
relative of Iris ruthenica) from a SIGNA seed auction in 2003.
One seedling survived and has grown to a nice sized clump in
the last couple of years. I kept expecting it to bloom, but months
after I. ruthenica bloomed I had given up hope for this year. Much
to my surprise I spotted a bloom yesterday. I'm attaching a photo.
