I also wrote earlier with the same problem. Very kindly Jim Murrain helped
me out with this one off list but I will precis Jim's reply to me here, and
I hope he doesn't mind.

"For some reason when Lars replies to a post he always sends two files that
are just a couple of pixels. There is nothing to see. Also his email shows
SV: instead of Re: on the subject line of his replies......."
