Re: Iris versicolor variation

Hi Jerry

All are wonderful and it would be hard for me to choose a favoite.  The bog variation nearly looks like SIB 'Shaker's Prayer' and the light colored one was very nice as well.

Thanks so much for sharing

Anita

Over the past couple of years I have been seeking out variations in Iris versicolor in my area. So far, I have collected three blooming variations and recently collected another dozen non-blooming rhizomes from local bogs and swamps which hopefully will bloom next year and reveal some more variation.
I have attached photos of the three plants that bloomed this year.
