Clarification on SIGNA elections

One more mistake in the newsletter: Nominations from the membership will be accepted through *August* 1, 2012. Obviously, because of the new publication schedule, it's impossible to meet the deadline set out in the by-laws.

SIGNA has not conducted official elections in nearly 10 years. My hope is to get back on schedule and to rotate the director positions every 4 years, as called for in the by-laws, to give more people the opportunity to serve.
