Iris tridentata

I've grown Iris tridentata for many years. It's always the last Iris
species in my garden to bloom. I've always enjoyed it blooming through
at least the 4th of July. This year I had more blooms than ever, but
they stopped on June 29... almost 1 week ahead of schedule. I can't
explain it. The weather has been mild. It's been quite cold at night
(into the 50's) and daytime temps have been typically in the 70's or
80's. And I have to say I'm kindof sad it didn't bloom into July.
