Hi Carol; I haven't grown I. sintenisii, v brandzae but do have some info
on the species from the Ontario Rock Garden Society to which I belong.. In
absence of other info I'll pass it along for the discussion value.
I. sintenisii
Sow fresh or soak old seed. Place seed in warm water until seed swells, usually 24-48 hours. Discard floaters and water. Pre-chill 4 weeks,.bring indoors once germinated to avoid temperature shock, transplant at 4 leaves. or Expose to winter's outside fluctuating temperatures, including freezing, for 3 months. Gradually increase light and temperatures in spring. Al Bullock NoVa z7
