Lovely, Ken.
I know we all grow deliciously different things,
but right now, I'd just like 1 iris in bloom outside. I do have a calla lily blooming on my kitchen windowsill, but
it's just not the same.
Not sure if I mentioned that 9 of 12 of my JI
Picotee Wonder bee cross have germinated, after about 6 wks in the fridge, and
one week out on the kitchen counter (nothing by 3 days). Some I domestica
and anomatheca also started to germinate in their water soak.
And wonder of wonders, 2 sets of old forgotten
seeds from 2008 have also started to germinate, after I took them from the plant
fridge and resoaked them, I virginica and I chrysographes.
The snow almost seems to have gone down a foot
since yesterday. Hopefully, it'll be a slow melt this year though, as
everyone's starting to worry about flooding as bad as we had in
1997.
