This is about what I expected except that I was hoping for more blue. There's no way of knowing for sure about 'Regina'.

Rod,
     That is interesting that it looks so much like N. candida.  Thinking of Regina, I remember the discussion on it last year when I posted a photo of a bloom.  I have to wonder if it is a hybrid?

This a the result of a cross of N. candida X N. 'Regina'. It looks like mom other than a blue wash and a few tiny spots on the falls, and also some color in the style arms. It's a one year plant. 'Regina' is sold as "cearulea" but I'm convinced it's sabini, fluminensis or a hybrid. I have a bloom stalk on one other sibling.
