Re: first bloom on Morea tripetala [1 Attachment]

 

Is it the true tripetala, or one of the eight fancy new species recently split from it?

There's still 6 or 8 inches of snow on the ground here, but based on the weather forecast I'm anticipating irises by the end of this coming week.
