I've done a bit more reading. Mathew distinguishes I. lineata from I. darwasica by the length and pointedness of the petals. The flowers on the plant I have are smaller even than Mathew lists for I. lineata (petal length of 3.5 cm) and the petals are reasonably pointed. While he describes differing beard color, he does not mention it as a distinguishing feature. Bottom line, if I accept that these should be considered different species (Mathew presents them as such, but notes that they might prove to be variants of one species), then I think I should label my plant as I. lineata (I'll maintain it's provenance, though).
