bloom 2016 [2 Attachments]

Iris season started yesterday here, and is getting into full swing today. Iris histrio ssp. aintabensis, histrioides 'Major', reticulata ssp. kurdica (or whatever the name is) and a diploid wild form of danfordiae are in bloom now. Lots of other reticulata clones are showing buds, and it looks like winogradowii might make an appearance for the first time in a while.
