Interesting. I was just last night reading about this species in Kohleins book. The most northerly found pogon.

I managed to get two seedlings from the SIGNA seeds 13DB03 of Iris
humilis. One has fairly long stems. As you can see from the first image,
I should have some seeds to share in the next seed exchange. The second
seedling has quite short stems. It is too soon to know if it will set
seeds, but I'm trying.

I'm hoping to have better long term success with these clones than I've
had with this species in the past. I won't want to interfere with seed
production, but I'll try to remove a small fan from each clone to
establish "backup copies" after they finish blooming.
