I'm not exactly sure what you're asking here, but if you are referring to
registering & introducing it, my comment is this: there are so few
registered cultivars of Iris versicolor, that if you find one to be
particularly enchanting, rest assured there will be others out there who
think so too, so my advice is to get it out there for the rest of us to enjoy!
