Hey Christy,
I had been wondering how that one was doing too. 

I don't have any MDB's, or even Iris cristata for that matter, but 
I'm just thinking of the possibilities opened up by a hybrid like 
yours. I can't wait to see the open bloom. I'm sure it won't be ugly 
to us species-lovers.
