Great pics, Mike!  I love the variation.  Earlier today I went on a bit of 
a wild-goose chase.  I was told that Iris cristata was growing along the 
Little Miami bike trail near I-71, but I couldn't find them anywhere.  I 
was rather bummed out.  I've never seen them blooming in the wild before, 
so I thought today was going to be the big day.  Your pictures were a nice 
sight!
