These are at my camper
about ¾ mile south of where Dennis was. Last ring out started with 6 fans
about 14 years ago. Many starts have been shared from these. Many have been
planted along our golf cart trail along the lake. Also the source of the several
thousand seeds I send SIGNA every year.
The park Dennis was at is on the
very edge where the last glacier stopped. Many geology students have been there
to study it. Lots of different wild flowers. Lady slippers are common but only
the yellow. I have seen large areas of Indian Paintbrush.
The ones Dennis took seem lighter
than normal. I have seen some with orange signals but no white ones. Mabe
weather.
