Blue Eyed Grass in Pennsylvania

I've noticed, when visiting my in-laws, that this low
soggy field (along their driveway) is prime habitat
for "Blue-Eyed Grass" (Sisyrinchium). The area stays
moist throughout much of the season, and can only be
mowed after a prolonged dry spell. There are also some
"Blue-Eyed Grass" growing on my in-laws' property, but
not as many as in the pictured area. I'll have to see
if I can collect some seeds.
