bloom update

Iris tectorum and Iris cristata are getting into full swing here in
Ohio in the land between Cincy & Dayton. :-)

Arilbreds are finally starting to bloom... which seems to be like 2
to 3 weeks late unless my memory is completely faulty.

In OT news, I'm thrilled to have discovered Eryngium yuccifolium has
mysteriously established itself in my prairie bed... a perfect place
for it, but for the life of me I can't remember planting or seeding
it there. (Maybe my memory is completely faulty!)

In other OT news my Passiflora incarnata and P. lutea seeds are
finally sprouting. I'm super-thrilled about that!

Getting back to on-topic news, my Olsynium species from Chile are
germinating at near 100%. Fingers crossed they are hardy and will
grow to maturity for me here in Ohio. "What's an Olsynium?" I hear
you ask! Well take a look.....

What's happening in YOUR garden???
