At first glance I thought that was a blue-eyed grass.  I'm unfamiliar with so many irids, and I have a hard time identifying them.  I saw one at the local university conservatory that was called "spider iris" or something like that.  It was a Ferraria species and it was totally bizarre looking.

Your Aristea plant sure looks happy in Florida!  I'm guessing it's not hardy in Ohio.  Thanks for posting the pix!
