I do love a fine planthunter tale, myself, for winter reading, especially, although my friend Dorothy sent me some photocopied bits from Mathew's Bulbous Plants of Turkey when I was recuperating from a belly operation and that was just what was wanted when I was laid up during real hot weather. That is when I got interested in Max.
