Odd you should mention it. I also attempted the Pal-tec corss today. I put pollen of white tectorum on Cayeux' warm garnet 'Numa Rumestan.' I don't think either plant was in the proper condition to work with, but I figured I'd often been a fool for lesser things, and had at it.

I did something today I haven't done in a while... made some Iris crosses! I crossed Satan's Mistress onto a few of my own seedlings, as well as onto Iris flavescens. And I crossed some of my TB seedlings with Iris tectorum alba (both ways).
What's everybody else crossing this season? :-)
