bloom season has begun! [1 Attachment]

Bloom season is late, but finally here. Today I crossed stolonifera with flavescens. I'll try the reciprocal cross in a few weeks when flavescens blooms.

I have a bunch of frozen pollen from various years dating back to 2001. What's the oldest pollen YOU have used to make a successful cross? I plan to use up all that old stuff this year so I can have my containers back for fresh new pollen.

I'm suspiciously optimistic that my 2001 pollen has already made 2 successful crosses as the flowers faded really fast after pollination. Crazy!
